I will make sure my dad never comes here again. I will never ever recommend this Urgent care to anyone and will file a complaint with the medical board. My dad received negligent care and misdiagnosis two times. The physicians failed to thoroughly examine him and perform their duties/ obligations. On 1/18/25, my dad went in with symptoms of body aches, severe headaches, fluctuating high fevers, chest pain, shortness of breath, and dry cough without mucus. The wait here is terrible. 2 hours to be seen with my child with a fever. Staff was friendly unfortunately the wait time is too much

First time bringing my elderly dad here. He was feeling ill. The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor gave my dad a shot and meds. He felt better. Thank you!
During my most recent visit on 1/11/2025 I experienced unprofessional and a degrading level of care from NP Andi Schwartz. I was treated as if my rights as a woman were not a priority, nor my decision around the comfortability of whom I prefer to perform specific exams on me. Andi perceived me stating that I wasn’t comfortable with a man performing a particular exam as a personal attack.
