AVOID! I was approved on a property and told I had yesterday or today to put the deposit down on it. Got a call this morning that someone put the deposit down on it last night and its no longer available. Hows that a decent business model? I paid $83 for a credit and background check after being told there was no other interest interest in it. You can't tell someone that a house is there's and then not have a way to reserve it.

I love renting through Moutain view property management! The staff is always so friendly and professional! If you have a chance to rent with them I definitely recommend them!!!
Full story to come. However, this is a horrible company to rent from. No professionalism at all or regard for the health of its tenants. We were told we should give 30 days notice immediately if we have a problem with needed repairs in our home (namely, a severe mold issue, random leaks, broken heaters etc). There is a public complaint listed on BBB with an eloquent response from the "property manager" Chanda for anyone to view if interested.
