Things haven’t changed. I’ve been a pediatric and pediatric ICU nurse and know how to talk to nervous mothers. My daughter needs a special test, their scheduler Sam is incompetent and rude, cutting off my sentences when I was calling her out on them. She lies to parents, blames delays on insurance companies when it was not the insurance companies. This is my review: I have three kids and we have taken them all to MVP since 06/12/2014. That's almost six years. The doctors and nurses are top-notch. However, we have always had a problem with the front desk staff. They are rude and they are constantly making mistakes. I called them just yesterday to try to find out information about telemedicine during this coronavirus crisis and the person who answered the call Sarah didn't have any information available. I recommend Dr Stephanie she great with my son and she top of everything... actually there all pretty good .. but Dr Stephanie is my son's Dr and I really like her she makes it were you can understand everything she says
Appointments rescheduled without reason, inaccurate rescheduled appointment information. Lack of respect for working families, appointments are solely at their convenience.
Me and my boyfriend are expecting our first child in January. We were able to meet with Dr.Phil today to be sure we were happy with him and this office for our baby girl. The office was very clean and inviting. The staff was all very friendly and Dr.Phil made us feel so comfortable! No judgment with any of our questions and took his time to make sure they were all answered. We look forward to bringing Scarlett to him and this office :)
The girl at the window SLAMMED the glass door in my face because she did not like what I was saying. WHO cares, move along. Do what you need to do and don’t let someone get to you that way. If you can’t handle working with people GO AWAY! Such a joke. I am glad my son goes else where. Unfortunately I don’t have a choice right now with my daughter... if/when I do... SHE will be out of this office seeing Pam Cook! Much better service.
They are fantastic with my kids. They also listen to parent concerns and questions! Dr Rob is Awesome
