They have been a life saver!!! They can do almost all your treatment in office which makes it so convenient! They also make you feel heard and validated! Thank you Mountain View
Their billing department is terrible. I am no longer seen here, except for pain management as needed. I was sent a $300 bill that was NOT submitted to my insurance. I have been calling the billing department for 3 WEEKS! Not a single person answers the phone and I've left several voicemails and no one calls me back. Not paying until it's submitted correctly.
