Have been going here for PT for over a year now and I plan to continue for the foreseeable future! The employees make me feel so welcomed and comfortable to the point where they feel like my friends. The front desk employees (Sabrina, Mitsi, Linette, and Yvette) are a delight talk to everytime I visit and the therapists (Royce, Eric, Lauren and Kayla) make my appointments enjoyable and productive!
I must commend Linnett M. for her exceptional professionalism as the front desk receptionist at this establishment. Unlike her colleagues who seem preoccupied with their phones, she makes a genuine effort to assist everyone. It's disappointing to see others being deceptive and unhelpful, but Linnett M. always goes above and beyond to help me whenever I visit. i've been a chiro patient here for six or so months and the whole chiro team is incredible! dr. brittany and dr. ricardo are both attentive and great with adjustments. olga and kendra are always great to chat with as they set me up with decompression, and are always caring and great at what they do.
The majority of front desk receptionists appear to be preoccupied, although they are actually not engaged in any work but rather using their phones and conversing with their colleagues. They seem unwilling to offer assistance to patients upon their arrival. I have visited this office on more than four occasions, and only one person has acknowledged my presence, which has left me feeling uneasy.
