I went to the lowery location to get a hip injection. I have no family in the state. I had less than 18 hours of notification of the appointment because they said they would put me on a waitlist and didn't call me for four weeks. I had to call them multiple times, everyone on the phone is rude and incapable of holding them selves accountable. I would just like to give a big shout out to Sabrina at the front desk she is amazing her customer service is just amazing she goes above and beyond she knows everybody that goes in there for their appointments by their name which I appreciate that working in a assisted living working at the front desk customer service is very important customers are important and she just rocks I no longer work due to my injury but seeing the work and her job and how she reacts with the patience she's just amazing she always has a big smile... read more
This was easily one of the most disappointing medical experiences I’ve had. I went to this appointment because I was dealing with pain after an accident and expected to be treated with compassion, professionalism, and basic respect. Instead, the pain specialist reviewed my file, looked at a photograph of my accident, and said, “I’ve seen worse accidents than this.” That statement was completely unnecessary and incredibly dismissive.
