Ok I'll clean this up a bit as I was heated at the time. My Mother goes to the lakewood union location and has been going 3 times a week. For about a month and a half two months. We started to change things up as the physical therapist was back from vacation couldn't make our first scheduled meeting so we had to reschedule no problem we understood things can happen and adjustments need to be made. either cut our time short or whatever. This entire facility is fantastic! Dr. William Ferguson is a great acupuncturist. I hate needles, and he helped me feel comfortable. Acupuncture was the only thing that helped my chronic back pain.
