Terrible experience Poor unprofessional customer service Bad experience overall
The whole experience was wonderful. I was treated kindly and professionally by the entire staff from start to finish. Dr. Grant Johnson is a great guy and an incredible chiropractor and the chiropractic assistant Nallely was so helpful and kind. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for everything.
Not transparent about appointments, staff is short/rude.
I made an appointment over the phone and was told the wrong date. I called the morning of to confirm my appointment. When I arrived I was told it was a different day. Unprofessional.
Everyone here is great, and kind, they are always positive and love to see you smile even if you are in pain.
