I was so impressed with Yvette at the Northfield Pain Ctr. There was a young woman on her phone in the waiting room with us. She had her speaker on. The caller was cursing and speaking offensive language. Yvette came and very graciously whispered to the young woman who responder appreciatively. All this was because of the grace and professionalism of Yvette. She made your company look good
