Not transparent about appointments, staff is short/rude.
I made an appointment over the phone and was told the wrong date. I called the morning of to confirm my appointment. When I arrived I was told it was a different day. Unprofessional.
Everyone here is great, and kind, they are always positive and love to see you smile even if you are in pain.
They have been a great team to work with.
What is there to say? The staff if absolutely amazing. I came in 10 mon early for an appt and helping catch up paperwork and was able to laugh with the desk team and they were waiting to pull me to the back. I had zero chance of having to wait. This isn't my first appt and so lucky to have been referred to this team. They want me to get better as much as I do.
