I wish Mountain View Pain Center was better as I really wanted to be a regular patient here. I received acupuncture therapy and my first appointment, Dr. Melati "lost" a needle from the beginning of the appointment to the end. She stated that she always counts before and after inserting needles but somehow lost one between counts. I was also charged for "infrared therapy" which ended up being a heat lamp that Dr. Melati provided saying the "room was cold" but did not tell me that I would be charged for it. Very deceptive. They say they are in downtown Denver. They are not. The are in Capitol Hill.
Have been extremely good.
Honestly I'm with the Lowry location and I have had a great experience except for the fact that the mountain view surgical center called me and told me I need to change my appointments from the Lowry location to the surgical center then I talked to the lady's in the Lowry office they said they don't know why the surgical center made me reschedule and said that's weird that they did and they were unaware of this the person who told me to reschedule at the surgical center told me that it was better for my safety that I schedul... read more
