go to mountainview management they are great – i just went to mountain view management and had the best expierance! heather the owner was quick and very proffessional. pat her property manager is very nice and did everything for us to get us in a nice place.
New owners=GREAT experience. – I recently went through Mountain View to rent a home and I have to say my experience was much different than the ones displayed below... I even spoke with the new owner directly and thought she was beyond helpful and courteous. I understand that the previous property manager, Charlie, is no longer with the company and they have a new one. They were quick and found a perfect place for me and my dog at a great price. I HIGHLY reccommend MVM.

Mountain View Management in South Lake Tahoe is Horrible! Avoid Charlie and his insults. – This is my first time message. Mountain View Management is horrible! Charlie, the rude, unprofessional "property manager" is something else! He must love his power trip of a job, constantly denying people for rentals. I just want to warn anybody who is considering renting an apartment in South Lake not to go to Mountain View Management. They are complete dickheads. I was trying to get an apartment 2 weeks ago and the manager (Charlie) told me it was available that day. I've been calling him everyday since then and he keeps telling me he hasn't got to my application yet. We also went in at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon to get the key to show the apartment to my mom, who was visting from out of town and he said "I dont give keys out this late ... read more
