Every thing was top notch, from the Dr.s to the nursing staff! Even in the middle of the night they were right there. Wish I could thank each one personally
What an extraordinary experience! Labor and delivery staff was amazing! They were professional, experienced, genuinely caring and dedicated. Had a wonderful anesthesiologist, doctor and nurses who worked tirelessly to provide the best personalized experience. This was my first time at this hospital and was nervous as to the care we would receive, however I could not have been more pleased! Thank you Mountain View Hospital for the best care my family and I could have possibly received!!
My child broke his arm and dr Bair was great! The specialist said his arm set was nearly perfect which is so hard with a wriggly kid.
Great hospital and staff. The very worst billing ever. We called and were quoted a price for an MRI. They weren't the cheapest but they were the closest . Went in and paid cash $350. Then received a bill for another $407 dollars. Oh wait not done yet then received a separate bill for $443 from a different company. What a joke.. There is no course of action I can see that I can take besides letting others know what a TERRIBLE experience we are having with them. And to avoid them when ever possible. If I could have known that my night would end the way it did I would never believe it. I am a 13-year survivor of chronic pancreatitis with acute attacks and a sphincter of odee dysfunction. The reason nothing I did and nothing I could have prevented. I will have it until I'm in the ground. I went in Fri. night to the ER and then again Sat. morning to then be admitted til Mon. afternoon. I had several health issues and allergies that almost got overlooked. But the nurses are so on top of their game that extra health reactions were avoided. I've been hospital long term other places but Mountain View was so different & caring I almost hated to leave. Great staff who went above and beyond taking care of me, especially sweet Trevor. Thank you guys!
