my sister was rushed in after falling and having several seizures, Dr. Egbert was on duty and let me say he has the utmost horrible bedside manner. she was taken back for a CT scan, and bloodwork we waited almost 2 hours for him to come put staples in her head, and than he just walked out not even one word from him. We waited another 2 hours he still never came in to talk to her. However the nurse was very polite and kept apologizing for him taking so long she finally discharged her. I was treated poorly and I have all the symptoms of the coronavirus but they refuse to test me not just that the er nurse blew my vein putting in an iv and left that iv uncovered in my arm for 10 minutes exposing me to a secondary infection I have autoimmune disease this is a joke I was yelled at by the dr. I usually get treated well there but not last night...I was told I probably have the coronavirus so dont expose children and elderly stay in your house BUT REFUSE TO TEST ME..I rather die at home than to ever see that dr ... read more
Since Recently I would not recommend Mountain View hospital. I went in with severe pain and couldn’t pee. I had to get a catheter which was not A good experience on top of that I was still in pain and left still in pain. This pass Sunday we took our son in with a fever he was diagnosed with bronchitis and croup we took him to urgent care yesterday because he still had a fever and was diagnosed not with bronchitis or croup but with influenza..... they get him a antibiotic and his fever is gone. Had a great experience today with the same day surgery team. Was super anxious for the procedure however Dr. Haslem, my amazing nurses Brent and Pete and the anesthesiologist all did an outstanding job at making me feel comfortable and in the best caring hands! Thank you everyone for easing my worries and making me feel like I was priority number one.
Such a great team over at the same day surgery center! I had my tonsils removed and they were so amazing, patient and overall helpful! I was really lucky to have such a good nurse, doing my IV. Very sweet staff that goes above and beyond to explain every detail and answer any questions! Doctors was very quick as getting to me and letting me know about how much longer I would wait! I would recommend and go back to Payson again and again if I needed something else done!
My dad recently had shoulder surgery done by Dr. Gillette. He had a great experience there at Mountain View Hospital. He said that all of the staff was very helpful and nice. My dad states to me that he really likes that hospital and that they really take care of their patients. Good job Mountain View Hospital! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
