Upon calling to make an appointment for myself and three of my children I had asked if an outstanding bill had been taken care of. I was assured that it was by the front office staff. I went in for my appointment, made a follow up/treatment appointment for the next week. Took my children in for their appointment and waited in the wait room an extra half hour until someone came from the back to inform me that there was a balance and none of my children would be seen. Amazing dentist! Staff at MFD was so professional and very informative with any questions I had.
Absolutely top notch from start to finish. I cannot recommend anyone more professional and on point as Dr. Schmidt. Having always dreaded going to dentist due to the sensitivity of my teeth, I can only say that this has been the best experience I have had. I will never go elsewhere.
