Friendly, caring and professional staff, helpful and encouraging!
They are courteous, work on a timely manner. All questions asked are addressed same day, very good about returning phone calls.
Dr. Schmidt is the best! Not only is he kind and gentle and a good dentist (based on our experience) but he's also really fun! Makes dentist visits so much easier.
HORRIFIC PEDIATRIC CARE!!!!!! My 7 year old went in for tooth extraction and Dr Schmidt gave extremely poor care. He didn't warn her the shots were coming and when she started crying he told her to stop crying and that "she was making it worse" He didn't wait long enough for numbness to set it and pulled her tooth while my daughter screamed "Oh God" while grabbing his hands. Never in my life have I seen such horrible treatment. SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING ON CHILDREN!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
