They Working on the neighbors eucalyptus trees. We got our remote control airplane stuck. And they got it down for us in a tree that they weren't even working on. They've been here for weeks and have always been respectful and safe. It's nice to see a company that has competent employees.

Jesus and his team have done an amazing job trimming a tree and removing a tree. Jesus always responds quickly, is very professional and schedules a visit promptly. He will also help with a root issue and a bird nest situation. I highly recommend Jesus and his team.

Mountain Valley Tree Service is now on our "Go To" list when it comes to anything tree related. Their bidding process is fair and competitive. Jesus is very responsive regarding clarification, costs and scheduling. This is a family operation with the father on the front lines, working with three sons. Jesus and his team are awesome! We live in Monterey and have many tall trees bordering our property that we're unable to cut ourselves due to the amount and height. We have used Mountain Valley twice in the last few years, and have been happy both times. Jesus responds quickly to voice and email, is professional and kind, came to our property twice for free consultations to confirm the scope and price, and was very open to working with our budget.
