I would avoid this company if you need to get an estimate for work done. Called mountain valley to set up an appointment to get an estimate and was told that they can come out first thing next week. Morning of I get a call stating that they want a service fee of $59 to come out to give the estimate because the job I needed done is not big enough (roughly a $900 job based on the companies that showed up). Of the four plumbing companies I called to repair my toilet, Steve was the only one to respond. He was able to get me into his schedule right away. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend using Steve as someone that you can trust to get the job done and do it right.

I reached out to Steve regarding an issue I was having with my water heater. He responded promptly the same day and set up a time to come out to the house and check it out for me. He also performed additional work and replaced a leaking valve at a reasonable price. He was always great at communicating and willing to work with my schedule.
