I reached out to Steve regarding an issue I was having with my water heater. He responded promptly the same day and set up a time to come out to the house and check it out for me. He also performed additional work and replaced a leaking valve at a reasonable price. He was always great at communicating and willing to work with my schedule. We have used High Country Plumbing twice since we recently moved into an existing home in Windsor. They were able to come replace our water heater and 3 toilets within 1 week after they were contacted. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a nice clean installation. Steve has been doing plumbing work for us for the past 6 years. He is friendly, dependable, and communicates well.He always does good work, and cleans the area up when he has finished the job. We would definitely recommend him for anyone who has a need for a plumber.

Of the four plumbing companies I called to repair my toilet, Steve was the only one to respond. He was able to get me into his schedule right away. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend using Steve as someone that you can trust to get the job done and do it right.

Steve and his son were able to replace my tank water heater with a tankless version. They were friendly, very competitive with price, answered all of my questions and did a great job with the install. Even though they had to build a wall to mount the heater they still honored the original quote over the phone. Its hard to find people you can trust but I do trust this company and will use them in the future for any other plumbing needs.
