People are they're very nice and helpful
After multiple cancellations, I received a phone call from Mrs. Linda receptionist/secretary yesterday telling me the property was no longer available 10 minutes later call back saying the renters backed out and instead of seeing the property today can you come tomorrow at 3. Of course I’m excited and said yes. Made personal arrangements drove 2 hours and Donna Wood never showed and I callled over and over again. NO ANSWER!!! We used Mountain Valley for several years to help us manage our Shenandoah Valley property. They were very professional and responsive to us as the property owners, as well as to our tenants. They were also aggressive in advertising/showing the property when it was vacant. We just sold the property, and Mountain Valley assisted us immensely with the transition from renting to selling. I highly recommend Mountain Valley for all of your property management needs.
