The installation of our unit was typical, nothing particularly special. We were frustrated that missing one maintenance appointment voided our warranty, handing us a costly repair after only a few years of having the unit. I guess I expected some flexibility on that policy - the lack of maintenance had nothing to do with it. I also think we could have been given better advice from them on the unit we chose. Very professional and prompt with diagnosing and replacing an HVAC capacitor. Added some extra refrigerant too. Would use again.
