Bought next to top of the line Lennox hvac system from this "fine" company in the summer of 2023. Off the bat they installed the wrong air handler. They had to come back and correct it. They over charged the system which we didn't find out about until 2024, which damages the compresser. They set the pins wrong which caused the unit to run on emergency heat. Efficient, friendly, and explained what they were doing. They got a big pile of stuff out of our vents. Otis and Josh did excellent and thorough work.
