The technician was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what she was doing and why. She made the whole event less intrusive and made me feel comfortable during the procedure.
I have no complaints. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Check in efficient. Nice to see smiling face! Waited a tad long in waiting room but no issue. Procedure handled professionally. Have used the Imaging Center several times--always no issues!
When I went to the registration desk, the lady who helped me was very courteous and nice. Her assistance was very appreciated. The technician who performed my test was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this office for any imagining test.
Parking was a bit of a challenge. Nothing unusual for a lot of facilities. Check in was seamless. The usual questions and signatures, insurance, etc. More expensive than anticipated at over $400 for a hip x-ray even with the 10% discount for payment in full up front that was offered. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. We didn't have to wait long at all for the X-ray. Maybe about 5 minutes.
