Did not even address my primary concern. This hospital is a joke. Some of the staff are great, but I'm going to get stuck with a bill for no treatment.

I have heard horror stories about JCMC. However, I was bitten by a dog and because I have underlying health issues, it was a medial emergency and I went to JCMC. The situation was scary, but the experience with the staff was exceptional. Check-in was quick, I waited less than 5 minutes, and everyone was very kind and reassuring. I would not hesitate to go again if needed.
