All the medical staff were very friendly and professional. My time was not extensive and they kept us informed as things moved or checked in things that seemed to take longer than needed. Only one concern arose and that was a CNA who did not appear confident that I perform her task. It was handled candidly and respectful and o all staff involved to ensure I received the best treatment.
Worst care I've ever experienced. Came in with severe pain due to major toe nail ripped in half. Toenail still attached. Never asked if I'd taken anything for the pain. Never offered anything for the pain. Later to discover swelling was the cause of the pain. 10 hrs in the ER in excruciating pain. Before discharged, I begged for an ibuprofen. Refused because nothing was written in my chart to be dispensed. Common sense in the medical field is to stop the swelling. Especially in toe/nail pain. I could've done better with Neve... read more
