Well they check you in then call you back for vitals and ask what is wrong with you. Then over video a nurse practitioner comes on and ask you whats the reason for your visit? From there he tells you what he is going to do. Im my case he ordered x-ray. Go to lobby and wait on them to call your name. After x-rays you go back to waiting area for another hr or so. Service was horrible! I was hit by a car and was screaming in pain. Twice I had people come in and yell and told me to be quiet that i was staring other patients and shut and door on me. Then they stuck me in a chair in the hall way and left me there for 2 1/2 his.
