Pork shank with cabbage dish was spectacular! Colorado bass delicious! Best whisky selection! Amazing location!
It was our last evening in Vail on this trip. We choose three of the top rated restaurants in Vail for our evening meals. We both agreed that Mountain Standard was the best of the three we selected. Location, service ( EC our server), plus the food was memorable.
I think this is the best restaurant in Vail. I ate there several times this summer and the food was always superb and so was the service. Pimento Cheese spread is a must have and so are the olives. Everything I had was wonderful but the best entrée was the trout.
