Our ceiling above the water heater has fallen through due to a water leak in our upstairs neighbor's apartment that has failed to be fixed. I called last week and was simply told a work order had been put in. Water is dripping into my back room, has ruined the carpet, smells awful, and almost ruined $1000 of music equipment.
