Mountain Spirit is incredible! They have a beautiful, nurturing environment, genuinely friendly staff, and a very flexible schedule that allows working folks to get treatments. Everyone is wonderful, but I especially liked Acacia for acupuncture and Michael Hughes for bodywork. In fact, I would say Michael Hughes gave me one of the most creative and healing massages I've ever had!
All the providers there have been so friendly and caring! They even take insurance!
I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Mountain Spirit. Every practitioner I have worked with has been attentive, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking support in healing.
Such a wonderful community of masterful practitioners.
