RecommendedI recently had a TeleMed visit, and it was a great experience! It was very reassuring to talk with my DOM about what I'm currently dealing with. She gave me some safe stretches and Yin Yoga routines to deal with a knee injury since I cannot get in anywhere for PT or to get evaluated by an Orthopedic doctor right now. I would not recommend going here. I have had numerous issues with their billing department and sadly, I’m not alone. Save the stress and avoid this place!
The staff are so wonderful and caring, and all the providers are gifted. Tom at mountain spirit is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I highly recommend going to Mountain Spirit.

Went in to get a message, thought my insurance would pay for it. Had no knowledge that my insurance didn't cover, got a bill in the mail a year and a half later with hefty amount. Be careful, they say one thing and do another to make a quick buck.

Bea continues to do her magic, and put be back to together whether it is my lower back, shoulder, or just the every day stress of life's challenges. What I love about Bea most is her passion for her job, and the fact that she cares for her patients.
