Charged our card three times. He said the credit card processing company was messed up. Finally after overdraft charges for two weeks of him holding payments they were released back. He said no late charges etc. now he is trying to lock us out if we do not pay our late charges plus rent. Thief. Check your credit cards!!! Do not go here!!!!
I would NOT recommend this facility! My kids were told that their storage unit was paid up until 7/31/2019. Then, in September, they got a bill saying they owed $723. I spoke with Ron, the “business” owner and was told that my son’s storage unit was 72 days past due, yet, his employee told my kids it wasn’t due until August 1. So, when my daughter-in-law and I spoke to Ron about what his employee stated, Ron believed his employee over his customers. This business knows nothing about customer service. Been renting an inside temperature controlled unit since October and couldn't be happier. The facility has many options, is extremely clean, easy to access, safe and secure. Rob and Carolyn are wonderful people who have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to assist me. Whether you call or walk into the office, you always receive a warm, friendly greeting. They truly care about their customers needs whether long- or short-term. Mountain Shadows Storage has my highest recommendation!
