RecommendedGoing to the dentist can be nerve wracking but, I enjoy Mountain Shadows Family Dental. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Garrett is knowledgeable and pleasant. He always makes me feel comfortable even when I am getting filings and crowns. I especially enjoy the hygienist Lisa, she is friendly and makes a tooth cleaning enjoyable. I definitely recommend Mountain Shadows Family Dental.
This is such a great office! Very friendly, and efficiently run.
Mountain Shadow is really a great place, the doctor and staff are very pleasant. However I should warn you that they cant get your billing correct. I had a $300 credit and when I went back in, mysteriously it was gone and they said they applied to my wife's account, which might have made sense except she paid her balance each time. Then at the end of the year they said I owed them $300. Then come around this year as I had paid all of my balances as we went through year and surprise, they claim I owe them $287. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Garrett and his entire staff. The entire team is approachable, relatable, patient and caring. I was never made to feel rushed and Dr. Garrett will always provide you with the best dental care. I will definitely recommend Mountain Shadows Family Dental to all my friends and family.
I’m so disappointed in the office staff also. Exact same thing happen to me. I’ve been a patient of Dr G. Since he open his practice and was so satisfied with the office staff and Dr. but now that he has new staff running things it’s awful. The front office staff can’t answer any questions. They just say “I don’t know”. They did work and overcharged according to the insurance and owe me refunds. They have never adjusted any amounts for being an in network provider. Dr. Garrett was able to help me with my extreme dental anxiety. He is very gentle and caring. I am very thankful to have found this office. By far the best dental office in town.
I had a great experience! I was able receive Invisalign here prior to going off to college and it was the best decision I have ever made!
Dr Garrett and staff are wonderful. Always gives options if needed and never pushy. My kiddo no longer minds going to the dentist at all!! Dr Garrett even helped my mom when she was here visiting and had an emergency. These are just good people and he’s a great dentist.
