The staff at mountain shadows family dental is amazing, they have an outstanding customer service. They take care of the patient and make sure you are not in pain during the procedures. 10/10 rating for them.

There are two types of businesses that most people have a really hard time finding one to trust: a dentist and a mechanic. Well I still don't have a mechanic but Dr. Garrett and his team at Mountain Shadows is the best dentist I've ever had. All I wanted was to be heard regarding the billing procedure. The office manager would not let me finish a sentence. Her refusal to hear me out escalated to a point where she stated she was going to call the police just because I wanted to talk to Dr. Matthew Garrett.
