I moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I tried one and they recommended 2 significant (and expensive) procedures. They refused to clean my teeth until I had both procedures completed. Sounded shady to me so I scheduled a second opinion and cleaning with Mountain Shadows. They were great! I feel like I got a great cleaning and an accurate assessment of what was going on with my teeth. I certainly my plan on making them my new official dentist. I highly recommend them.
This was my second time at Mountain Shadows Dental, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff really gets to know everyone and find out more than just what your teeth look like! Dr. Lere is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Just a wonderful environment to be in.

Went for a cleaning and routine checkup with Dr. Lear. Hygenist was caring, gentle and friendly. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr. Lear was enthusiastic (not pushy) and gave me some options for my current dental situation. Have had my kids there for the last year and so far he's not into "upselling" unnecessary procedures-which is wonderful. Hard to find a dentist sometimes that doesn't like to upsell. Dr. Lere and the entire staff of Mountain Shadows Dental are wonderful. They are caring and thorough. We have had services from routine cleanings to restorative care. The office staff, Hygienist as well as the Doctor are great. Attentive to me and I didn't feel like just another patient. Clean office and facilities, so glad I found them!
I would rather have a baby natural than go to the dentist. But Dr Lier is gental and Margret was one of the best assistants I have ever had, if you are scared of dentists or have sensitive teeth , this is the place to go.
Dr.Lere and his staff were very friendly. Dr.Lere was great at diagnosing my TMJ and offering different treatments. He did not pressure me and made sure I knew the costs going in. In the past I have always felt ashamed of my teeth and had a sense of being "judged". I felt that everyone at Mountain Shadows Dentisty was genuine in their concern to help me feel better and to make me feel at ease. I would reccomend this dentistry to all of my family and friends.
