Celeste, dental hygienist, is a GEM! I had a deep cleaning and this was my first experience with Mountain Shadows dental. She was professional, yet very aware of my fear! She explained everything, answered questions and was very supportive throughout the procedure. As far as the guy with the bow tie, Dr. Leer, I will hold judgement until I am in his chair! My connection so far has been very personable! I would definitely recommend this business to a friend, I have already told a family member about my good experience.
Dr. Lere and his staff are very professional yet down to earth. They are very accommodating to my personal needs. I like to be welcomed by all the staff as a person, not just a patient.
I absolutely love going to the dentist - always have. Celeste & Tony make that experience even better. They are so personable, nice and last but not least - hilarious! They keep me and my husband laughing the whole time during our appts. They are also really great about NOT running up the bill for no reason - like some dentist offices can do. Celeste, Dr. Lere and the entire staff are wonderful. They make you feel at ease, they are professional, kind and nonjudgmental. Highly recommend this dental practice! Office is extremely clean with superior technology.
Had another cleaning today, and as always, the staff was amazing. I always leave feeling like I have just gotten done visiting some fun, long time friends. Staff is beyond pleasant and accommodating. They ALWAYS remember me and my kids. I refer everyone I know who talks to me about their dental needs. From start to finish- this is the place you want to be for all things tooth and mouth.
The people and service at the office was great. Employees are very friendly. They talk with you as if you are family.
You honestly are kept very comfortable while in the dental seat. A TV to keep you occupied and friendly and pleasant staff. Truly concerned about the welfare of you and not just your teeth.
Dr. Lear was great! He was patient and explained each step as he was doing it. He also takes the time to really engage in conversation and get to know his patients. Today's appointment was for my 17 year old son, who can't stop talking about his visit. Not many people feel great after a visit to the dentist, but my son sure did! Best dentist ever!!
I seldom if ever write a "review", but today is different. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lere and his staff @ Mountain Shadows Dental. I have never been a dental chair cowboy, and have a habit of putting off my visits to the Dentist until something hurts or breaks.
