Paramount Property Management made my daughter’s first experience on her own an absolute nightmare. She sublet a duplex and the move-in condition was not what was expected or promised. It was not clean, though they claimed it was, but the move-in pictures proved otherwise, and several other items also needed attention. It was like pulling teeth to get any help and most items did not get fixed as Paramount deemed that they did not make the unit un-inhabitable. We were threatened with fines all the time. Over $1,500 worth. We fought them tooth and nail, had to throw the lease in their face and show them they were wrong. Ended up paying less than $150 worth of those fines. We paid rent on time every month, left the place spotless, they are trying to keep all of the $900 deposit plus charge us $42. In my opinion, they are crooks and liars. Consider yourselves warned.
I love this company. When looking for a home they were one of the few places I was able to talk to a live person. The home is beautiful. I leave messages all the time online for them, and they respond so fast.
