I really want to like Mountain Pest, but I caution using them. I reached out to them with a raccoon issue in my rental’s attic. Mountain Pest said, after making a custom trap that didn’t catch anything, that the raccoons were “gone”. However, three months later it turns out the raccoons had just moved to a different, harder to access part of the attic Mountain Pest didn’t bother to check. Outstanding from the first call. Very responsive team, communicated and worked with me on scheduling. Corbin was all-time. Texted me updates, did a drive-by to assess the issue (Wasp/Yellow Jackets) and returned the following day to complete the mitigation/removal.. In addition to the removal, Corbin asked that I leave some tools out for him... he went ahead and repaired the soffit and siding that was problematic. Corbin is a great asset to their team.
10 stars for Huba with Mountain Pest! He went out of his way to get to New Castle immediately to fix a cockroach issue in one of our units, even though his schedule was booked for the day. He was kind, professional, and super communicative about this issue.
