MMC provided me the most amazing experience with the pregnancy and delivery of my first child. I'd recommend MMC to any family even if it's just to attend their wonderful classes.
I was going to have my baby at Mountain Midwifery but my water broke at 34 weeks. When my water broke I called and was in their office verifying my water broke within 30 min. As for safety, they do not deliver premature babies and transferred me to a hospital of my choice. They recommended a midwife Dr who was on call at Littleton Hospital. By the time I got to Littleton, Mountain Midwifery had transferred all my files and had a delivery room ready for me at Littleton. For a first time momma with no background in natural childbirth making this decision was huge for our growing family. I couldn't have had a more beautiful experience. My entire birth team was amazing and helped me bring a beautiful little girl into the world the way it was meant to happen. I cannot thank the midwives and nurses enough for everything that they did, truly transforming in every way shape and form.
