I just had my veins treated at Mountain Medical and I was so impressed with everything about my experience. Not only did Dr. Whittim do a fabulous job but the nurses/staff was amazing and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I would highly recommend this team of vein specialists. Thank you to all that helped me!!
Was overcharged. They tried to send it to collections. Took them 6 months to figure out how to bill my insurance correctly. This place is awful. Definitely stay away from the ogden location. The ct tech is rude. So I asked for his boss instead. No better. Imaging was blurry and I had to go back again.
While working at Mountain Medical, there were a number of instances of unprofessional behavior across multiple departments that to me are simply unacceptable. e.g. Two weeks after I told them that I am pregnant, I was fired for an accidental clerical error I made 4 months ago While training my team lead told me to “watch your back because you will be thrown under the bus with this company.“ I was taken aback at the time, but later I realized that is how this company works. Their billing department is incompetent. It took them over a YEAR AND A HALF to get in contact with me about a bill-\-\they couldn't send it because they were missing my zip code. They somehow had my phone number, but couldn't get in touch with me until after the time when they could submit this claim to my insurance. Nice. If you google my name I am LITERALLY the one in the world. It would have taken someone with half a brain 5 minutes to figure out how to get in touch with me. The staff is amazing , I go for several reasons . My vein procedures were very successful in both of my legs . I also participate in the spa end of it as will with facials, chemical peels, & microdermabrasions - Whitney is fantastic
