Sent me to collections. I have no recollection of ever using your service. It said I used you guys in March 2017??? I called your office and my records could not be found with my social, address, date of birth, full name, etc. Let's pretend I did use your service in March of 2017 and was not told or it was not clear. Posting for my friend. Awful, disorganized company, incompetent employees, and very, very, very poor communication! Didn't bill my insurance, then I received a notice they needed my insurance info (which I know they had as I just used their service 1 month prior.) I tried calling it in but was on hold for 30 minutes. Mailed photocopies of front & back of insurance card. Then I get a bill, still have not billed my insurance. Loved the girls Tara and Kim that helped with my Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection. Tara and Kim were very through, reassuring, caring, and their bedside manner was spot on. Thank you again Ladies.
I am removing my original review because, after speaking with Mary, I understand this was the billing company's mistake, and not Mountain Medical. Mary is wonderful, and I'm so glad she was available to help me. THANK YOU!
Their billing department is terrible at responding. How are you supposed to pay bills if you can't get a hold of anyone? On hold for over an hour and no one picked up. Ridiculous.
