Very dishonest. We paid in full for service a year ago. Then was sent to collections for not paying. Showed proof of payment 4 months ago. Then today got a letter from an attorney for payment. I'm very frustrated with them. I would avoid them at all cost. Never again will our family go there. Now I get to waste more of my time to fax over all the paperwork and the receipt from the bank

I paid in full at the appointment and I am still getting bills for over $1000. If I paid in full, then I should not be receiving bills. I called two weeks ago and they said they would fix it. Today I received another bill for $1000. I paid in full at the visit. There is something wrong with this company if they cannot get their stuff together.
My son was in a hiking accident and his ankle swelled to the size of a softball. When the swelling went down, the doc recommended an X-ray because they thought it was broken. I don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket for every test we have, so it was great to have Mountain Medical recommended to me. Only $90 for the X-ray! They also worked me in last minute. I can't say enough about great things about this company!
The staff is amazing!! They helped me to feel at ease coming in for my first mylogram. I was so worried before but they talked to me to help me stay calm and answered all my questions. They all seem to all get along and the environment is peaceful.
Horrible horrible company! I would rather my veins explode then come see the dr at this practice! All they want is your money. I paid for my visit and now 3 years later I get a phone call from a collection agency talking about how I owe them 45$. Unreal.... I called them they don’t wanna give any other answers other then sorry you owe us and now your in collections. Not to mention the dr. Good Service, but Billing Sucks. My wife had a car accident and gave them all the information to bill our car insurance company twice. They never did this and sent the account to collections. They said that they had to have permission to bill them. No one else providing care has a problem billing. Beware.
Worst to deal with on billing I have ever dealt with. We have requested a statement reflecting the payments we have made and they will not send it to us. How can you do business that way. I’m waiting to be sent to collections and never notified of it. All I want is a statement reflecting payments were applied to the correct account but apparently they don’t do business that way.
