Me and my girlfriend went all the way to Glennwood from Avon to get our FIRST tattoo, we went to the first studio we found but wasn't entertained because we needed an appointment. But, thankfully we ran across this amazing tattoo shop because we were accomodated right away. It took time to get our designs done with all the extensive process, from acquiring our designs to making the stensils in order to make sure our design expectations are met. The customer service is nonexistent. I bought my husband a gift certificate, which he lost, but no one wrote it in the book so there is no record of it. I talked to the owner and basically was told there was nothing they could do. Funny thing is, I bought another one that we kept, and low and behold, there's no record of that one either. You would think that when we prove that they were not properly entering them in their books, that they would give us the benefit of the doubt and say they would honor the first one. While vacationing in the area my youngest daughter had an accident with her new piercing. After explaining the problem the artist was incredible about fixing the problem and replacing the jewelry with a better choice. Tried going in to get some ink a few months ago and tried to get a consultation. Guy forgot. Tried again and they said they would have him call back. Guy forgot. I came in a third time and talked to him directly. He wrote my number down. Yet again he forgot. I got tired of the excuses and went to Spyder Rose and got an appointment as soon as I walked in. I felt like I wasn't a concern to them and that I was just wasting their time. I will never come back after that.
Best tattoo shop ever and yes Jerod is awsome! I miss going there for tats but I just can't get any till I finacially get back on my feet. Last tat I got was there few years ago and my next tat will be done there as soon as I can! ♡ Karen!
I was lucky enough to have Jared Wright as my artist. He has a very light touch and mad skills. I walked in to get an idea for a Dragon I had been thinking about for sometime. He listened to what I wanted, drew an outline using 3 different color markers. And now I have an original piece that I love, and get compliments on all the time. My best advice is you are hiring an artist, let him do his job. You do not hire a professional and then tell them how to do their job.
