Today was my 1st visit to this clinic, which I'm thankful for b/c I have no insurance. I had an awesome experience, my provider was Nora and she was very attentive. All the staff was very friendly & helpful and they were having a rough Monday, being short staffed. So, thank you for making my appointment stress free.
Thank you for treating me though you weren’t technically accepting new patients. I was having severe allergic reaction and really just needed a steroid shot. I was so uncomfortable and the shot really helped. Thank you and I’m sorry to all the people who had to see me like that.
Poor receptionist. I drove 30 miles 4 times to see lady about meds. I have already paid to see her. You have the worst receptionist I have ever meet.
We recently moved to the area in July. Was told this was a great clinic and my son got turned away at the door. No compassion at all. His face is swelled with poison sumac and they couldn’t even attempt to see him . The receptionist at the front window was very short and politely informed us the doctor was seeing his last patient at 3:35 pm and would not even set us up a appointment.
Dr Dew is always amazing and caring. It helps when you don't have insurance, and they are there too help you!!!
