I have Tenncare but it doesn’t cover any dental at all. I have severe pain and swelling around my wisdom tooth. They won’t see me because I have medical insurance. They said that they won’t see anyone with insurance even though I DON’T have dental insurance, it doesn’t make any sense at all. I have been to your clinic once I have been trying to call and make another appointment because I need to get a tooth pulled badly. and i have called 25 time and all I get is beep beep beep beep and no answer.
to have people who KNOW what they are doing use someone who can give a diagnosis. a patient being ignored by your place who is horrible pain is awful I feel like I don't matter & by getting NO help. makes me want to cry. makes me wonder if everyone is treated this way. or just ME WHY. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY
