I had a really bad fall in Dec 24th of 2022. I was told I be fine by the first checkup it was just an XRay because I'm not a Doc I just took his word. No PT recommendation or anything. I went to PT and had a nice guy helping me for a very long time but honestly wasn't fixing the problem. In October of 2023 I had gone to gym and did claf raises and just felt something happen.
