I had a really bad fall in Dec 24th of 2022. I was told I be fine by the first checkup it was just an XRay because I'm not a Doc I just took his word. No PT recommendation or anything. I went to PT and had a nice guy helping me for a very long time but honestly wasn't fixing the problem. In October of 2023 I had gone to gym and did claf raises and just felt something happen. If I had a way to do ZERO I would for the ER. I have been in there twice recently TRYING to get help but that never happened. The 1st time the triage nurses were rude. Told me I was going into a room in back so I waited. When I questioned it they came up with an excuse that I knew was not valid so I left. I am a very hard to get an IV and require a ultrasound, then Dr Ready was there and this is the Dr that I filed a complaint about. I truly believe they didn't want to deal with me that night. OF COURSE THIS PROGRAM GOT CUT. NO LONGER EXISTS. BACK TO NORMAL. Heather Bailey and Chris in Home Telehealth Care. A new home care program. Ext# 7649. I get daily interaction on my blood pressure and glucose level. She provides her knowledge and care for me. It's a new concept at the VA, fix it BEFORE it breaks. I highly recommend this program. It's very unlike traditional VA thinking. Plus she links in with my Primary Care DR to update my meds and supplies. My do nothing DR has had to adjust my meds for me because of this ... read more
