Outstanding in every respect! This has been my mom‘s animal hospital for many many years, and today we had to say goodbye to my mom‘s 20 year-old dog. My mom is in her late 80s and was really struggling to say goodbye to Buffy. The doctors at Mountain Empire Animal Hospital handled the goodbye process with dignity and respect for both my mother and her dog. They were outstanding, as I’ve noted, but also compassionate, kind, and efficient. Thank you all for helping my mother and Buffy with this transition.
I can't say enough good about this place. We had two dogs that were sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Our regular vet couldn't get them in for a couple of days. I called this place and they got us in right away. Everyone we encountered was great to deal with. Dr. Lily took plenty of time with us and our pets and answered all our questions. We will be switching to this office going forward. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
