After two years from the date of service, my 91 year old grandmother was turned over to collections for less than $50. Never received a bill, no late payment notices, not even a courtesy call. We found that they were called to do an X-ray at the rehab she was in for two weeks and Mtn Empire used the facility address to send her bills, so obviously she wasn’t getting them once she returned home. Whoever does the billing for this place must be incompetent. I am receiving statements for someone that I don't even know. Why they have my address for this person is beyond me. If you aren't receiving any billing statements it is probably because they just send them to random addresses.

Turned me over to collections without ever sending a bill. I had no idea this bill even existed. The collections agency asked for all my bank account information even though I was paying with a debit card. I refused and called Mountain Empire Radiology and they took my payment there but refused to give me a confirmation number. The guy stated he would send it in an email and I should receive it in minutes. Hours later, no email. I am a physician who has been trying for a week to discuss an ultrasound. I have left many messages for the Radiologist to call me back, but nothing. There is no option for me to contact a real person, but only an answering machine. This is the worst service I can imagine - I guess Mt Empire Radiology must be the lowest bidder for any hospital to use them.
