John E Torres was supposed to help my husband and me and give us counseling to better help us through our separation. But in my one on one with Mr. Torres, he constantly asked me repeatedly over and over the same question about my sex life after I had already answered it 5 times. it made me very uncomfortable because if I had already answered the first time, why was it necessary for me to answer it another four times. Receptionist/ Scheduler/Gate Keeper Was very rude, bad attitude and Insensitive. When I explained I was in search of grief counseling due to the loss of my son-in September. She didn't even skip a beat. Never expressed remorse for my loss.
I love this office. Everyone is kind and patient. The receptionist is very calm and helpful.
