Can't put a 0 unfortunately. Set me up with an unlicensed therapist which is illegal in ky. And I had to ask a lot of questions before that was revealed. Run!

This place is horrible, the receptionist have messed up my appointments multiple times which is insane because I haven’t yet even seen the doctor or therapist besides the first main time just to get in. They never call back or try to fix their mistakes. The lack of care is really upsetting. Now I have to find a new place after months of waiting to get into this one!

On Owensboro barter and trade Facebook page there is several recordings of a guy calling desperate to reach his therapist. He then shows his call logs where they never called him back. It also shows where he called, asking to speak to a manager, and the manager never returned his call. Then there is a letter he posted four days later, where they dismissed him as a patient for being combative. The worst therapy experience I’ve ever had. Met with “CG” about 4 x, due to involvement in a court case. CG told me she could take me as a new client but then couldn’t be bothered seeing me more than once a month. CG met with my abuser & didn’t tell me, she believed everything he said despite warning her, 2 days before my court hearing she got in my head & tore me apart, had me bawling and totally undermined what little confidence I had left in myself and the system.
