Loved working with the team at Mountain City Tile. I highly recommend them for your next tiling project.
Great job on my kitchen and bath. They arrived when they said they were coming. They installed the granite in both rooms. They cleaned up after the installation and asked if it met my expectations. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. I would use them again.
Literally the worst tile company you could ever call. Avoid like the plague. Never on time, you will wait a year for your project to be completed. Constant lies about sickness, deaths in family etc. they will start your job to make a good impression and then move to other projects and delay you for months. Sloppy work, lies, unprofessional ownership and management. They should not be licensed to operate in TN. Avoid avoid avoid.
If I could give 0 stars I would. When you hear about nightmare experiences with contractors, I am pretty sure they are talking about Mountain City Tile. They understated the start times for the job (4-6 weeks turned into 8-12), couldn't stay on schedule (supposed to be finished in 7-10 days and it's been over a month), and lied to us when they ordered the WRONG TILE. They refuse to let me actually see the sample in their shop, and are blaming the distributor/manufacturer but I find it hard to believe that the sample would ha... read more
