This is by far the best climbing. Hiking. Camping. Clothing. Etc. store in Colorado. They are the friendliest staff ever. They know me and my wife by name. And their knowledge is limitless.

I wanted to get some new cross country skis. I received a lot of personal attention, had all my questions answered, was provided with several options of equipment packages. Once I made my decision i was properly fitted with boots and expected to have to return in several days while they set up my ski bindings. They were able to get everything done in less than an hour so I would not have to make the 35 mile drive back to town. I am extremely pleased with the results. Thank you Mountain Chalet! !!

Had a near impossible fix on my backpack! Was referred to MC by REI and Mike downstairs saved me a brand new backpack by fixing the strap. He and MC clearly value their customers and i plan on solely going to MC for all my outdoor adventure fitting going forward!
A lot of great stuff. First time in the store was to rent AT gear for my first hut trip. They were very helpful.
