Customer service doesn't get any better than Mountain Chalet. Not only are they knowledgeable, they'll actually listen to what you're trying to get out of your gear and not steer you right to the pricy stuff. That said, they have the high end stuff that is difficult to find in front range stores. Mountain Chalet has also helped me with a few warranty claims from several manufacturers, they've been nothing but awesome with those even if I didn't originally purchase from them. Many thanks to Jim (the owner) and Shane for their help in replacing my Fischer Outbound skis, which were delaminating. They sent my skis back to the company, dis(?)mounting and remounting my bindings, and were able to have the skis replaced with this winter's model, all at zero cost to me! Customer service is so lacking in many places but Mt. Chalet prides itself on their service to their customers and their knowledge about their products, which makes it an outstanding experience for their customers.
