I've been going to this car wash a long time. And I usually get great service a good wash on the outside and a good wipe down and vacuum on the inside. I don't know if the owners of this car wash have changed hands but this is about the worst job I've ever had at this car wash today. I asked the employee to vacuum the back of my van, and Not only was the back of my van not vacuumed but the floor of my van where the middle seats are were not vacuumed at all either. what a waste of money! I just left there and had to come home and clean my interior myself. I paid $21.99 and a tip for a crap car wash. they also left my trunk open so when I drove off, it wasn't closed and I didnt recieve the cherry air freshener I requested. all things that should have been taken care of. NEVER AGAIN

This was my first time at this car wash & I'll never go back. My car wasn't cleaned thoroughly, the windows were smudged, and on top of that they scratched my paint. Since the moment I got there I felt uncomfortable because the men working there were staring at me pervertedly. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional.
they did a terrible job, they scratched my tint and then tried to blame the car ... didn't apologize, didn't try to fix anything. don't go here. save yourself from inconveniences and problems.
I just to have my mercedes benz SUV detailed here, few days ago i took it back the person who took my car was despotic and was impatient just because i ask the difference between 2 washing packages, he raised his voice at me and delayed my car from entering the car wash intentionally. .
