The installation was easy. The service once on board has been subpar at best. They make it hard to continue to do business with. They make it hard to provide feedback to help them improve and seem like they don't care.
We recently had 2 incidents where our alarm system installed and monitored by Mountain Alarm did not make proper notifications when there were serious issues involving our Seniors residences at our Community. We made several calls to report our concerns and get the system inspected but we did not receive callbacks. When we asked to speak to the District Manager in Ogden to report our concerns -- we were informed that Mountain Alarm would no longer provide service to our residents without any explanation. We had an issue with upgrading our system. Irene Duckworth was so helpful, courteous an knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to insure our system was up to date and her communication skills were the best. We won't switch as long as you have employees like Irene on your team.
