I've always been impressed with the customer service from Link Interactive. I've called in for system support or adding new devices to the alarm system or home automation and always get a friendly, supportive person willing to walk me through the process. Today was no different. Support rep, Connor Moore assisted me with onboarding my new garage door opener to the Alarm.com app so I can control everything by my phone. I was charged $600 for a service call and the company sent out three different technicians to try and fix my security system. I complained about the fee and was told I would receive a $200 credit. One technician said the problem was I needed a battery, the second said the batteries that were put in were old, the third technician walked off the job and said he couldn't figure out the security system I had. I called and complained and the company said they would up grade my system for free. I had a salesperson come to my home ... read more

I have reviewed the information provided along with our notes in our system. We have determined that we were at fault with some of this. We found that we had a technician that did not repair the system to our company standards and we expressed this to Ms. B***** and offered to upgrade her system for free. Ms. B***** refused and said she already had another company replacing the system and her daughter is a lawyer and would be suing us.
