I love this company! I’ve been with them over a year. The customer service is friendly and courteous and they handle all calls promptly. The equipment is reliable and my family feels safer using the monitoring they provide. I’ve recommended them to neighbors, family and friends.

So far, the system has worked well. Technical service has been helpful and informative. A technical issue prevented the control panel from connecting properly to a mesh network Wi-Fi system. Technical Support sought out information to correct the problem. I am thankful for their time and their efforts to resolve the problem.

They will make you sign a long term contract and then half way through raise the price of the monthly service . Not the right way to do business. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

I called on weekends due to my panel alarming. Link Interactive has no 24/7 IT available. I spoke with on-call IT who only offered quick fix solutions. On-call IT told me that he’d call me on Monday when he’s working but I didn’t get a call back. My problem persisted so I called yesterday Tuesday. The IT person didn’t have any clue what my problem was. No communication between ITs on my issue. I was on hold for a very long time. Finally, I got hold of someone. Terrible Customer service, terrible service, these are NOT quality products. They sent me replacement sensors and screens that still did not work, and are refusing to give me a full refund. I tried to cancel and they are charging me over $450 to get out of my contract. Disappointed in the company on every angle, BUYER BEWARE.
