This was our first time Renting a Vacation Home. We rented The Salmon Run in Jamestown, MI (near Frankfort). This was a 5 Star experience!!! Everything was perfect from the beginning of the Renting experience all the way through our 5 day visit, and the departure! We will be back!

We just finished a wonderful family vacation at White Sand Bay. Awesome property and home and very comfortable. It was very clean and all ready when we arrived. We have been renting with this company for approx. 15 years and I have always been very pleased. We had an issue with our WiFi and they had people come right out to fix it. Great service, friendly and courtesy staff. We can't wait to come back in the fall. We love the island and can never stay away to long. RVP is the way to go!!

We have been using RSP for quite a few years and we have always had amazing stays at their properties! Anytime ANYTHING has come up and any of the properties we have stayed at they have been there in minutes to fix the issue with no questions asked! This most recent issue that they fixed happened right after we booked our house for next year and realized we made a mistake! Would never rent from this company again. The house we stayed in was on par, if not worse than most fraternity houses. We had to spend a whole day to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean it the best we could. Not worth a fraction of what they are charging. Seriously disappointed.
The house we stayed at on the web site it said there was a board walk all the way to the beach but there isn't one. We had to tote all of our belongings and a two month old infant in the hot sand. Our a/c went out one day we were there in mid July they had to bring fans cause they couldn't fix it that day they didn't bring us the fans til after 9 at night. It wasn't the greatest experience.
I am a previous tenant of Mountain Property Management from several years back and had a poor experience. I recently requested a copy of my old lease for the IRS and was told it would cost $50 just for a copy! Not to mention, during the extent of my lease, our apartment door was kicked in by another tenant in the middle of winter and it took a week to get a new door on our apartment! Plenty of other property management companies in the Valley with better customer service.
We were on vacation last week and unfortunately had to cut it 4 days short due to a tragic death in our immediate family... They were not willing to work with us for a partial refund or a credit.. Very disappointed.
