Similar to other posts, we had a horrible experience in our rental which was Beach House Too. After the first night, I contacted the agency and was told they were working on a refund however nothing ever happened no action was taken. It was filthy, moldy, furniture rotted, my daughter almost fell off the bunkbed ladder because it was broken - just like the furniture on the porch. Divine Porpoise is beach front on the east end. Plenty of tools and dishes in the kitchen, nice big dining room table to seat our party of 8 for meals, giant (24x48) private pool. The property needs a little maintenance- many burnt out light bulbs, the pool needs an overhaul (probably due to shifting, the edge tiles are seriously messed up), but overall we had a wonderful stay. We've never been disappointed with any of the RVP homes we've rented over the past 15 years or so.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House on Platte Lake. The house is well equipped and the view is amazing. We really enjoyed the deck and the comfortable beds. The two slight downsides were the bathroom (especially the shower) and the lack of AC or ceiling fan in the main living area; the afternoon sun in August definitely heats things up! Overall, I think it was one of the best places we have rented. Thank you.

Our beach house was amazing!! Resort Vacation Properties was so easy to work with. This was our first time to SGI and we are already looking at dates for next year! Our house was spotless when we came in and our beach gear was waiting for us when we arrived. We had such a great family vacation. Thanks so much!!
We rented a cabin at Platte Lake Resort it was a great time! We had rented the cabin 2 yrs ago, very very nice! We be back year! Love in up there
