We have stayed at Island Club 12 times. Even though it is over 40 years old it is updated and well kept. We have stayed in several different condos and each one has been great. Hoping to go back in September!
Great view and location, spotless and well kept! We loved staying in unit 5303! It's not the newest but it's been well maintained and was spotless upon arrival. The view and proximity to the beach access (and playground) were great for our family. Since the weather was beautiful we opened the balcony door daily to enjoy the breeze and sound of the ocean. This was our first time visiting HHI and staying at The Island Club 6303 , The condo was spacious and very homey and had everything we needed for a great stay . The view was beautiful of the ocean and the lagoon , we enjoyed the ocean and the pool and tennis courts . The kids enjoyed corn hole and feeding the ducks and turtles , we will definitely visit next year .

We just returned home from our 18th year vacationing on SGI. We throughly enjoyed the newly renovated Conch Out property. As usual Resort Vacation Properties does Not disappoint! Ps, the new VAYKrental credits were an added perk! ;-)
Beware of the cancellation policy!!! Even though their policy states that they will refund your money (less a 10% fee) if you cancel and the house is re-rented, good luck getting your money refunded! Canceled our reservation, house was re-rented for $300 more than our reservation, and still haven't received the refund!
